Champions League: tomorrow and Wednesday will be played the last matches of the group stage of the Champions League 2009/2010. Several decisive matches for the italian teams and the Wolsbourg will be played tomorrow.
It seems that all the big italian teams in the UEFA Champions League are not yet qualified to the next round. The next couple of days will be decisive for Juventus, AC Milan and Inter to stay in the competition. Tomorrow there will be the big match Juventus-Bayern Munich in Turin. The goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon will play, even if its knee hurts (he will be operate after the Champions League matches). On the other hand, the defense lost Chiellini for a phisical problem.
An “easier” match for AC Milan in Zurich. However the only points that Zurich made in Champions League come from the victory against Milan. In the line-up we will see Ronaldinho. Coach Leonardo knows that won’t be an easy match, but the team is doing really well in the last months.
On Wednesday the other italian team, Inter, will face Rubin Kazan for a place in the first knock-out. Inter comes from the loss in Turin versus Juventus and this could be a good stimulus to gains the access to the next stage of the Champions League.
These are the teams already qualified to the first Knock-out: Bordeaux, Chelsea, FC Porto, Fiorentina, Sevilla, Arsenal.
