Football Manager for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch

A great news for the Football Manager's fans: with less than 10$ you can buy Football Manager Handheld 2010 for iPhone or iPod Touch. But read the counter-indications: you risk to loose your friendships, neglect your sons, wife, partner, your job, study and hobbies.

Football Manager is addicting, but until now both the FM2010 and the Football Manager Live versions were available only for PC and Mac. The only users that played with FM around were the PSP owners.

With FMH2010 (H stands for handheld) for iPhone and iPod Touch, is born from the match engine of the PSP version and makes the old textual commentary of the old version fashionable.

Before you go on the iTunes Store and download the app, here some data that describe how great is this version of Football Manager:

• it is possible to choose among 34 differents championship of the more important nations (like Italy, England, Spain, France, Germany, Brazil, etc.)
• the database, updated to the january's transfer market, counts 20.000 players
• It is possible to have 36 players in the team
• before and during the match you can take tactic decisions and substitutions based on the statistical analysis of the game
• the managers and the supporters will pretend to achieve the target fixed at the beginning of the year.
• As in Football Manager 2010, the media have a key role: will you be better than Mourinho?

The early reviews of FMH2010 for iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch are online on some english website, however if you plan to buy an iPad just to download and play with this game maybe you should wait: SEGA gave an iPod Touch to the bloggers and journalists that wanted to write a review.

Hence, the high rating of the game is not surprising, since Sports Interactive rarely betrayed the videogamers. However we will write soon an honest and impartial review of Football Manager Handheld 2010 for iPhone.
