Juventus dismiss Ranieri: the team entrusted to Ciro Ferrara

The Juventus club dismissed Claudio Ranieri. The news is now official. The team is entrusted to Ciro Ferrara.

It was already known that the team didn’t renew Claudio Ranieri as coach of Juventus for the next year. However everybody thank that he should finish all the season at the team. The last bad results (Sunday against Atalanta the team did the 6th draw in a row) prompts the Society to dismiss him before the end of the championship.

With Ranieri dismissed, the Juventus is temporary coached by Ciro Ferrara, the great former Juventus defensor. He has enough experience to drive the team in these two weeks. He was the coach of Juventus jouth team and Lippi’s assistant in the National team during the 2006 World Cup.

Probably the next coach will be Luciano Spalletti. However also Antonio Conte is a good candidate, while Gasperini just signed a contract with Genoa until 2012.

Ciro Ferrara will be presented at 6.15 PM (Italian time), in streaming on Juventus Channel.
