Serie A, day 20: Inter has been stopped by a wonderful Bari for 2-2. AC Milan took advantage of it beating Siena thanks to a hattrick from Ronaldinho and is now -6 from Inter (with one less match played). Roma won. Juventus collapsed, beated also from Chievo.
Bari – Inter: goals and show in the prearranged game of the 20th week at San Nicola Stadium in Bari. The “small” Bari coached by Ventura plays well and put to the test the Inter defense. On the other side, Mourinho faces several injuries and an important absence in attack (Eto’o). The four goals come all in the second part of the match: Barreto scores two penalties against Julio Cesar. But Inter doesn’t give up and the new member team, Pandev, reduce the distance to 2-1 on tap-in. In the final minutes Diego Milito equalizes with a penalty. Great game for Bari that showed to be one of the best teams of the Serie A 2009/2010.
AC Milan – Siena: at San Siro Stadium the other team from Milan showed everybody to be on top form. After 10 minutes the match is compromised for Siena. Foul of the goalkeeper Curci (red card) on Borriello and penalty kick for Milan. Ronaldinho scores the first goal of the hattrick. At the 30′ Borriello scores a great goal with the left kick. That’s 2-0. Ronaldinho plays as he used to do in Barcelona: dribbling, great plays and the third goal by head. The final 4-0 is still a great play of Ronaldinho from outside the box. AC Milan is now 6 points behind Inter, but they played one match less and next Saturday there will be the head to head match in Milan.
Roma – Genoa: the new purchase of Roma, Luca Toni, guided the team to another victory for 3-0. The first goal is scored by Perrotta by the short distance. After a while Vucinic serves an assist to Toni that scores his first goal in Serie A this year (after the transfer from Bayern Munich). In the second half Toni scores again by head, thanks to another assist of Vucinic on free-kick. The final result is 3-0.
The worst Juventus of the last years doesn’t fight-off the crisis. The bianconeri lost also in Verona against Chievo for 1-0 (Sardo). The team coached by Ferrara plays a very bad football. Surprise for Fiorentina that lost versus Bologna. Napoli – Palermo finishes 0-0.
